1. Multiple layers of support for one price. Absolute Capture will provide first level direct support. Our expertise with capture assures that over 90% of support calls are resolved quickly by the Absolute Capture team. If the problem is diagnosed as being software related, our staff has faster access to Kofax Support and Development to escalate the problem and get it resolved quickly.
2. Local support. You will have a team of dedicated professionals familiar with your installation including Batch Classes, scanner settings, business processes and environment. This is critical in providing quick resolution of production issues.
3. Free Capture Utility Pack (a $1,980.00 value). Includes productivity tools to maximize your investment in Kofax Capture:
   • Batch Analyzer – Shows hierarchical view of a batch in process and allows a system administrator to view the batch history, users, index fields, etc.
   • Absolute Cab File Utility – Allows a view into the content of any Kofax Capture CAB file
   • Component Registration – Allows easy installation and un-installation of custom panels and custom setup panels
   • Registry Cleaner – Removes all Kofax Registry entries to allow for a clean installation

6. Free Annual Kofax Business Process Check-Up (a $2,700.00 value). Our goal is to review and report on your current system and offer recommendations for getting better results with your current software with simple system adjustments.
7. Initial On-Site System Review. Absolute Capture will document all system components to ensure the highest level of support.
8. Test and Production System replication at our facility. Absolute Capture will build a virtual Test System and a virtual Production System in our labs for testing and troubleshooting.
9. Proactive testing, notification and delivery of software updates, upgrades and patches. Our team will make you aware of all newly released software and the impact of installing it in your production environment.
