During the Business Analysis phase, we analyze your business processes to see where improvements can be made using the latest image and data capture products. We then collaborate with your staff reviewing a number of different solutions and their potential impact. Who knows your business better than the people who run it day to day? We then formulate one or more possible solutions looking at effectiveness, costs, savings, and timeframe. Finally, we recommend a solution that will meet your current needs as well as give you a foundation to expand in the future.

During the Implementation phase, we start with a design document that goes into detail about every aspect of the solution, working with our customer to come up with a final document. Using the design document, we then develop the solution, with scheduled progress meetings along the way. The solution runs through individual tests as it is developed, and an end to end test when completed. Once completed, our team will work with your staff installing the system and training the systems administrators. To educate your staff, we can either train the trainer or provide end-user training. Absolute Capture provides support and maintenance for all of the products we sell. The last category is very important. Absolute Capture believes that to have a project continue to be a success, it has to be improved and updated. There is always new technology being released, whether it is better OCR engines or scanners that are able to achieve a clearer, sharper image.
